Sunday I was blessed to receive a reiki treatment from friend and goddess Tamara of Guiding Goddess.

As this was my first time having Reiki I was nervous but I was open to the experience.

Tamara greeted me with welcoming warmth. I was brought to her beautiful oasis treatment room where we discussed what I was to expect while being put to ease with her gentle voice.

Right off the start I knew I was in the right place when the intention card she had drawn for me was exactly what I needed. Tamara ensured me that it was my time to relax and to let the healing flow. (Aka tears)

Tamara’s gentle hand movements while explaining what she was doing along the way allowed me to easily settle in and receive the gifts of energy movement and release.

Afterwards I felt relaxed and energized. I was given some journal prompts to continue the healing. I enjoyed the experience and will definitely be back.
